Hi there, I’m Gretchen! I’m the owner/artist at Eternal Reverie Cosmetics Studio located in Richmond, VA. Eternal Reverie Cosmetics Studio started much like the name suggests, a lifelong daydream. It began when I received my first permanent makeup service on my brows, as this was something that boosted my confidence. From then, I’ve wanted to help others to feel confident. Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours outside of your scheduled appointment, your deposit (if applicable) can be transferred one time before a new deposit is required.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours outside of your scheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit (if applicable) and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment same day, you will lose your deposit (if applicable) and there will be a 50% cancellation fee. The same is applied for no-shows.
